Package

The Head Start package provides all the basics included in the Quick Start package plus social media.

We’ll discuss the best social media platforms to engage with your audience and I’ll set up your accounts.

You’ll receive a 2-hour training session so you can feel confident making changes to your website, analysing Google Analytics data and using social media to connect with your customers.

Professional Website

You will get a professionally designed website to suit your brand and business. I'll design five web pages for you, from there, you'll have the ability to add as many additional pages as you need.

Content Mangement System

You’ll have full access to the website's user-friendly content management system so you can make tweaks and changes.

Google Analytics

I'll set up Google Analytics for your website. Google Analytics is a reporting tool that helps you track website performance and better understand your customers.

Domain Name & Hosting

You’ll get a free domain name and your website will be hosted securely for free for the first 12 months.

Branded Email Address

You’ll get one free branded email address for 12 months. Choose from G-Suite (Gmail) or Microsoft Office (Outlook).

Technical SEO

Your website will be optimised for SEO with meta-data included and a site map submitted to Google for indexing.

We'll choose up to two Social Media platforms to connect with your customers and I'll set up your business accounts.

Content Plan

I'll create a tailored social media content plan for your business that details the type of content you should post, how regularly you should post, and ideas for new content you could create.

Training Session

I'll show you how to use the Content Management System to make changes to your website, manage your social media platforms, and read your Google Analytics data.

How It Works

Step one

Complete the form at the bottom of this page and tell me about your business.

We’ll book a time for a free initial consultation. 

If you’d like to proceed, I’ll send you a proposal to sign and a brief to complete. A 50% deposit is required to commence work.

Step two

I get started on your website!

I’ll secure your domain name, set up your hosting and start creating a user-friendly, mobile responsive template to suit your requirements. 

You’ll have access to this and I’ll give you a checklist of the copy and images needed.

Step three

You provide the content for your website including copy, pictures and your logo.  I’ll provide guidance and edit the copy to suit. 

If you need photos, copywriting support, or a branding kit (including a logo, colours, fonts and style guide), you can add one of the optional packages below.

Once I’ve received everything on the checklist, I’ll build your site and set up your Google Analytics.

APPROXIMATE TURNAROUND: 7 DAYS

Step four

I’ll give you access to your brand new website and social media accounts. You can review them and provide me with feedback. I’ll make your changes and when you’re happy, I’ll publish your site and submit a sitemap to Google for indexing.

Step five

Mission accomplished!  Your website and social media accounts are now live and ready to attract your first customers.

We will arrange a time for your training session and I’ll teach you:

  • How to adjust your social media settings
  • How to make changes in your website CMS
  • How to view your Google Analytics reports and what to look for.

If you’d rather I kept managing your site, I charge a small monthly management fee ($75 + gst) for up to 5 updates a month and monthly Google Analytics reports.
