Marketing Manager
If your business has grown to the stage where it could benefit from having a marketing manager who will own and action the marketing strategy, but there’s not quite enough work yet for a full-time staff member, and you don’t feel ready to hire a part-time employee, you could become one of my priority clients.
My priority clients pay a monthly retainer (on a six month contract) to secure me as their marketing manager, and in return, when it comes to marketing, they don’t have to worry about a thing!
We’ll start by creating a marketing strategy
The first thing I’ll do is assess your business, discuss your goals, research your competitors and create a bi-annual marketing strategy and budget.
I’ll identify ‘low hanging fruit’ (easy wins) that we can implement quickly, and some more long term strategies to grow your business.
We’ll go through the marketing strategy together and agree to the 6-month plan. Once we’ve signed it off, I’ll get to work, delivering the strategy.
Your Marketing Strategy
Each business is different and so I’ll design a bespoke plan that will include a mix of the most relevant marketing services for your business. It may include:

Measuring Success
You’ll receive a marketing performance report each month which details the work that has been completed and displays the results that we can measure from the work.
When the 6-month contract comes to an end, you’ll receive a full comprehensive report measuring success against the marketing strategy with recommendations for the next steps to continued success.
Terms of service
- This service is available as a 6-month contract, which you can choose to renew after 6-months.
- This covers your business for up to 20 hours of marketing work each month.
- This includes support and you’re welcome to call me to discuss other areas of your business that may have marketing implications.
- The first month’s work includes creating the marketing strategy.
- This does not include special projects that fall outside the agreed marketing plan. These projects will be quoted separately.
- You will be billed $1,599 at the start of each month. This price includes gst.
- This service is limited to 8 priority clients at any one time. Enquire about capacity.
